Now, this doesn’t have to be working through a traumatic fear (see also snakes and spiders for me) but that little fear that makes you talk yourself out of opportunities, goals, and pursuing the life that you truly want.

In this episode, I discuss how I’ve worked with and through fear in my own life and how you can use fear to your advantage as you pursue growth opportunities. I’ll share words of wisdom that have helped me manage my own fears from Anna Greenberg and Jess King of Peloton as well as one of my all-time favorites, Mel Robbins.
