Meet Rich Bracken

Rich didn’t start out as a speaker. He built his career from scratch — while running a company, raising a family, and figuring it out in real time. He speaks on Leadership & Executive Presence, Sales & Persuasion, Motivation & Mindset, and Emotional Intelligence. His coaching approach is direct, empathetic, and genuinely personal.   • The next cohort begins the week of July 14, 2026. Exact dates are shared at enrollment.

  • Both. Whether you’ve never spoken publicly or you’re looking to level up and get booked more consistently, the program meets you where you are.

  • Expect 2–3 hours per week: one live session plus practice and feedback submission.

  • Rich leads every session personally. Cohorts are kept intentionally small to ensure real coaching — not just a lecture.

  • All sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours. Attendance is encouraged but we understand life happens.
